As a Sales Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you will be instrumental in launching The Cloud One brand in London and positioning it as a go‑to destination for both business and leisure travellers. You will build strong relationships with corporate clients, drive new business and bring the brand to life in the local market.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and executing all sales activities, including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours
  • Building and developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and local partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate accounts (primarily via phone), including contract negotiation and closing
  • Playing a key role in the hotel’s launch strategy, helping to establish The Cloud One brand in the London market
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships to drive long‑term partnerships
  • Preparing and analysing sales reports, tracking performance and monitoring competitor activity
  • Bringing ideas, creativity and local market insight into a dynamic, multicultural team environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or a comparable role; or extensive experience with customer service and looking for a change to a Sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the London market and an existing network is a plus
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for building relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A persuasive, results‑driven approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high‑quality standards
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate shifting market conditions
  • A team‑oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
