Job Description

As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email, you will provide our guests with excellent service, starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
  • Maintaining OPERA Cloud, as well as our electronic bookings systems
  • Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
  • Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
  • Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be open and communicative and have excellent manners, as well as a solid command of (written and spoken) English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
