Job Description
Your focus: the well-being of guests and employees. You will coordinate and manage our Front Office team in cooperation with the Department Manager and specifically assist our early risers and night owls together with your team. Your duties will also include the following:
- Responsibility for the seamless operation of the hotel during the night shift
- Preparing daily closing balances and securing daily takings
- Looking after guests in the bar
- Preparing for breakfast
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or ideally have two years of professional Night Auditor experience in the hotel/catering industry or other sectors
- Enjoy developing employees – and ideally have some management experience
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
