Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Night Audit for a 197-rooms hotel located at a vibrant location in London and offering a lot of exciting projects to be involved in! The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One Group. Join our team and grab this unique opportunity!

Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times – from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Preparing daily closing balances
  • Cash transactions and cashing up
  • Processing booking requests
  • Preparing for breakfast
  • Be fully responsible for any emergency situation during the night such as evacuation or dealing with any related security incident
  • Must be flexible and reliable and able to do day shifts occasionally when required

Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be open, communicative and confident and have a solid command of English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
  • Have previous experience in Front Office systems ideally Mews or Opera
  • Can work independently with minimum guidance
  • Can commute easily to the location of the hotel
  • Flexibility to be able to cover day shifts occasionally when required

Must have valid work permit in the UK. Please note the hotel does not offer sponsorship.
