As a Front Office & Reservation Supervisor at the Cloud One Hotels, you will use your organizational skills and genuine empathy to ensure a warm welcome for our guests – from the seamless booking process to check‑out. In consultation with the Front Office & Reservation Manager, you will lead your team with empathy and clarity, creating a motivating work environment. Your goal: smooth operations and a professional appearance that leaves a lasting positive impression on our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Taking and processing bookings, reviewing bookings and managing overbookings
  • Leading by example, ensuring shift flexibility (Mondays to Sundays, expected cover of early, middle, late, night shifts when required), supporting your team during peak times, and taking ownership of the shift and guaranteeing duty management
  • Assisting in producing duty rosters and holiday schedules
  • Monitoring forecasts and checking budget projections
  • Conducting check‑ins and check‑outs and lobby duty
  • Monitoring cost and room revenue budgets
  • Ensuring quality standards and maintaining the quality management system
  • Shared responsibility for the onboarding, motivation, and leadership of the Front Office & Reservation team, as well as conducting internal coaching and cross‑training for new employees
  • Assisting and collaborating with the F&B Team where needed
  • Bringing strong adaptability during the current rebranding process and supporting ongoing property refurbishment coordination
Qualifications
  • Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Enjoy developing employees – and ideally have some management experience
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be open and communicative and have excellent manners, as well as a solid command of written and spoken English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
  • Previous knowledge in Front Office PMS like Opera Cloud or Opera is preferred
  • Must have the right to work in the UK for full time. Please note the hotel does not offer sponsorship
