Job Description

  • Repairs, paintwork, fire protection, occupational safety – as a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work.
  • Monitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities in the hotel.
  • Ensuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained.
  • Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work.
  • Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams.

Qualifications

  • You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? You will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.
  • Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career.
  • Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology.
  • Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together.
