You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and local accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen partnerships and encourage repeat business
- Host site visits and hotel show rounds for prospective accounts
- Actively support brand awareness initiatives within the Glasgow market
- Represent Motel One at industry networking events, trade shows, and local business events
- Attend relevant corporate and hospitality networking events
- Monitor local market activity and competitor performance
- Track and report sales activity and room night production
- Ensure CRM and account data are kept up to date
