Job Description
Manual skills in the hotel industry? That’s the perfect combination! Together with external service providers, you will ensure that our technology and IT run smoothly and that our guests are comfortable. You will therefore be responsible for:
- Monitoring the functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities throughout the hotel and carefully keeping track of defects
- Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work
- Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
- Ensuring preventive maintenance programs are implemented and followed
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Supervising maintenance team
- Management of hotel health and safety compliance
- Project management including management of external contractors
Qualifications
You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? You will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades or building maintenance or be looking for a change of career.
- Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology

- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
