Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as coordinating and managing the bar team, you will also be responsible for:
- Producing duty rosters and holiday schedules
- Looking after and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge, as well as all associated tasks
- Achieving the Motel One Lounge sales budget
- Providing a seamless, rapid service and implementing the Motel One service concept “One Smile”
- Conducting internal coaching and cross-trainings, as well as organising development training courses for Service staff
- Ordering food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month

- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
- Enjoy developing employees – management experience beneficial

- Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
