The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week, 3 days per week) working overnight shifts from 22:30 to 07:00. Shifts can fall on any day of the week, with flexibility required; however, availability for weekends is highly desirable.
Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times – from a warm welcome at check-in to a smooth departure, your role will be to assist both our early risers and night owls during the overnight shift. As Night Auditor, you will ensure the hotel runs efficiently throughout the night while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing daily closing balances and completing night audit procedures
- Handling cash transactions and cashing up accurately
- Processing booking requests and managing reservations
- Preparing and setting up for breakfast service
- Providing a warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
- Addressing guest queries and ensuring safety and security throughout the night

Qualifications:
