We are looking for a motivated and versatile Breakfast and Bar Assistant (Full-time) to join our team. This is not a typical waiter/waitress role; our assistant performs a variety of all-round duties, including food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter tasks, table clearance and cleaning, hosting guests, and supporting bar service. Flexibility and a willingness to cover all these areas are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast items, including baking bakery products and warm food daily for the buffet in the oven.
- Refill the buffet according to daily demand.
- Assist with kitchen porter duties including cleaning and dishwashing.
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Provide excellent hosting skills by greeting and assisting customers warmly.
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support bar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness.
- Open and close shifts according to operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout your shift.
