About the Role
To support the Principal Engineer to manage the design team and deliver a range of street lighting schemes and the street lighting maintenance programme. Also, to support in the co‑ordination with the term maintenance contractor.

About You
- Enthusiastic to manage team members to deliver a range of schemes.
- Check drawings & designs and adhere to standards and our processes.
- Advise Clients on technical design queries and lead in project meetings.
- Produce documents and reports in relation to design stages.
- Analyse data and propose interventions.
- Previous experience of working at a Local Authority and Consultancy is beneficial.
- Local knowledge of Kingston and Sutton highway network.
- Previous knowledge of street lighting maintenance programmes.

The Design & Delivery team includes a range of grades from Team Lead, Principal Engineers, Senior Engineers, Graduate, Technician and Apprentices. The wider Design & Delivery team is approximately 30 staff and includes Street Lighting, TMOs, Planned Maintenance, Vehicle Crossovers and Surveys.
