The Brook & Badger is a new neighbourhood gastropub with the soul of a proper local and the food, wine and detail of a modern restaurant.
We need an Assistant Manager who can help define its personality as it grows: a hands-on host-leader with the judgement to run the room and the energy to keep moving the business forward.
