You will develop e-learning and training content for face-to-face and virtual sessions, as well as communication resources for email campaigns, our partner website, and internal knowledge management systems using online platforms and software.

This role requires proactively building relationships and engaging with stakeholders to understand operational changes, performance gaps, and technical, Scheme, and partner information, translating these into clear, concise content. You will identify areas where effective training, communications, resources, and tools can enhance operational performance, efficiencies, and user experience.

Your responsibilities include writing and editing copy for e-newsletters, emails, e-learning modules, trainer notes, slide decks, assessment questions, process maps, and online resources. You will also create, produce, and manage communication plans, email campaigns, photoshoots, events, resources, training, and video content to deliver targeted, compelling messages that drive engagement and performance.

You should have knowledge and experience with our systems and platforms and work closely with other content designers to create and deploy training and communication content. This includes setting up learning pathways on our learning management systems, rolling out new content for employees and partners using content management systems, knowledge management systems, and email systems. You will establish good working relationships with external suppliers to deliver solutions on time and within budget, managing queries and requests effectively. Additionally, you will ensure smooth handover of training materials to delivery teams via structured train-the-trainer activities to maintain consistency. You will also analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to evaluate the impact of training and communication efforts, sharing insights for continuous improvement.

About You:

  • You’re passionate about communication, learning, and development, understanding their impact on our business and Scheme partners.
  • You’re a clear communicator with strong copywriting skills, able to turn complex information into engaging, accessible messaging.

  • You embrace change and seek opportunities in innovative solutions to engage audiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy working in an agile environment, can multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You are proactive, organized, and a self-starter who enjoys collaborating and contributing ideas.
  • You are confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable discussing and guiding outcomes.
  • You are committed to continuous personal and professional development, staying updated with best practices.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and delivering quality service.
  • Ability to quickly learn and operate new systems, including content management, learning management, knowledge management, Adobe suite, e-learning software, email, and process mapping tools.
  • Experience leading, planning, and delivering projects.
