Are you an undergrad itching to boost your professional and coding skills? Motability Operations has an exciting opportunity for students to join our Software Engineering team for a year in industry. We’re passionate about fostering collaboration, and that’s why every developer carries the same title of ‘Software Engineer’. We believe in a level playing field where your voice and ideas count, regardless of your experience level. You’ll have regular one-on-one chats with a dedicated mentor who’ll offer you advice and support. The Software Engineering team is part of the Business Systems division. Here, we collaborate across diverse agile product teams, consisting of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Specialists, Product Owners, and a dedicated Scrum Master. Together, we join our expertise to deliver value to our customers. We have a hybrid working environment, where we typically spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
