Description
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a CEO Office Assistant to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a pivotal role within the Executive Support team, providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the CEO Office. The role centres on managing the CEO\’s complex diary and inbox, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, processing financial transactions, and supporting the resolution of high-level customer complaints. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and the CEO\’s Executive Assistant, the CEO Office Assistant plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the CEO\’s daily priorities. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As part of a team of Executive Assistants, you\’ll collaborate to ensure excellent support across the business, stepping in to assist other team members when needed. Your proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset will be invaluable as you anticipate needs and plan ahead to provide cohesive support.
In this role, you\’ll regularly interact with senior internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive Team, senior leaders, Non-Executive Directors, and partners such as the Motability Foundation. You\’ll represent the CEO Office with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence
Key responsibilities include diary management, arranging and overseeing meetings, maintaining inbox efficiency, coordinating travel logistics, handling financial tasks accurately, managing high-level complaints, providing general administrative support, and collaborating with the EA team to maintain high standards of assistance.
