Motability Operations are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. The role involves panel preparation for primer and paint, masking, minor repairs, and supporting the paint process. You will work on-site five days a week in Coalville.
The package includes up to £37,000 basic salary, a bonus up to 15%, and a 15% pension contribution. Hours are 45 per week with 9-hour shifts from 06:30 to 18:00.
