Overview
Motability Operations are recruiting for an Application Experience Specialist to join the brand-new Application Experience Team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be part of the Customer Contact Services Department and will support the application process for both car dealerships and Motability Scheme customers across phone, email and live chat. You will aim to deliver an excellent end-to-end service to Motability Scheme users where possible.
This is a varied role where you will work with other areas of the team and the wider business. It is a full-time position covering 38 hours per week with a starting salary of £34,376 per annum. Shifts operate on a 4-week rotation: 08:30–16:30, 09:00–17:00, 09:30–17:30, 10:15–18:15. There will be one Saturday in every four weeks (9:00–13:00) in addition to Monday–Friday work.

Assessment Process
- Invite to complete a telephone role play with one scenario and a role-play exercise, conducted by the Recruitment Team
- If successful, invitation to Bristol office for an assessment, including a competency-based interview and two additional role play exercises with an Application Experience Specialist Manager

You should be a natural listener and good communicator, able to empathise with customers, understand their needs and work out what to do next while looking to improve the customer experience. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage your own time independently while working as part of a team.

Minimum Criteria
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, meeting KPI and call quality targets
- Basic PC literacy in a Windows environment
- Clear and articulate telephone manner
- Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
