Responsibilities
- Support the Insurance Repair and Claims Product Manager to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Take business ideas from concept through to proposal, solution design, and delivery.
- Drive operational efficiencies and deliver commercial value in managing vehicle repairs.
- Evolve repair networks to support electric vehicles and ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including external suppliers and internal teams.
- Track and report on key performance measures, using data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners across the team to encourage collaboration and share learnings.
- Assist in ensuring day-to-day operations of Insurance Scheme Partners work effectively.
- Flexibly support cross-functional initiatives and the needs of the wider Insurance team.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the Insurance industry, preferably Motor Insurance or strong knowledge and interest in the Motor Insurance Industry.
- Experience as a Product Owner, or equivalent role experience.
- Advanced skills in prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and balancing short-term demands with long-term vision.
- In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles, familiar with development lifecycle.
- Experience managing processes or performance of teams to delivery.
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in analytic tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to articulate goals and requirements clearly.
- Genuine passion for problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Comfort with balancing detailed planning with effective execution.
