A fantastic Stakeholder Engagement Manager position has arisen to join our team based at our Head Office in London Bridge (with the opportunity for some remote working) Can you move people? What youll do As Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will improve the responsiveness and proactiveness of our stakeholder engagement functionto help enhance stakeholder relationships and their satisfaction with Southeastern. The Stakeholder Engagement Manager represents Southeastern with external stakeholders and will attend meetings with key stakeholders and supports the delivery of the stakeholder engagement strategy. You will take ownership of stakeholder enquiries and complaints, including constituency-based casework and provide timely, high-quality, and consistent responses. A core part of the role will to be provide support to the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager, and wider team, including briefings and research, and assisting with event organisation. The ideal candidate will also work with the wider Communications Team to help provide proactive stakeholder communications on key developments on the Southeastern network.
