- Lead assigned data engineering tasks within Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse modelling, and semantic model development
- Build enterprise‑grade Power BI models and datasets that follow best practices in performance, governance, and data quality
- Perform structured data validation, optimisation, and monitoring across Fabric and CRM data sources
- Engineering, Quality & CI/CD
- Contribute to and help maintain ALM processes, solution layering, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines

- Support requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, acting as a technical liaison
- Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and external partners (ANS) to shape best‑practice approaches across the platform
- Contribute to governance, security, and data quality frameworks as part of the wider programme
