The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Extensive experience in Java development, particularly in building scalable and secure web applications.
- Strong experience with Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript.

- A strong grasp of secure coding practices and attention to software performance and reliability.
