We are working with a regulated BaaS and embedded finance business operating across multiple markets to appoint a Senior Banking Partnership Manager. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Banking Officer.
You will be responsible for building and developing strategic payments infrastructure partnerships with banking and payments providers, managing full-cycle partnership growth from strategy through to contract negotiation and delivery, and supporting the broader business to maintain and grow key global banking and fintech relationships.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks and payments providers in line with the group banking strategy
- Own full-cycle partnership development, including growth strategy, contract negotiation, and internal project management
- Maintain strategic deal management rooted in KPIs and partner alignment
- Develop relationships with senior management teams at partner organisations
- Support the Chief Banking Officer to strengthen global banking and fintech relationships
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience developing partnerships within financial institutions and banks
- Strong understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, IBANs, and banking rails
- Experience negotiating complex commercial and product deals with tier 1 banking and payments institutions
- Proven track record implementing industry-wide partnership networks
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel as required
