Onboarding Specialist | London | Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment? Are you looking to grow your skills in the world of digital payments? Would you enjoy playing a key role in shaping how merchants are onboarded and supported from day one?

We are seeking a Partner Success and Onboarding Specialist to join a high-performing Operations team. In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering a seamless onboarding journey for merchants and building long-term relationships that continue beyond go-live.

You will be the main point of contact during onboarding, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and liaise with acquirers to keep things moving. You will also work closely with internal teams, update CRM records, and help shape best practices as we scale.

This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring at least three days a week in the office, and includes shift-based work to support a global client base.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in onboarding, underwriting, compliance, or partnerships in eCommerce or digital payments.
  • Previous experience leading merchants through onboarding and post-live support
  • You will be able to ensure AML/KYC/KYB standards are met
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy environment
