An established payments technology business is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support customers and prospects across the UK and Ireland. Despite the title, this is not a traditional, commercially led CSM role. The position has evolved from a technical pre-sales support function and remains firmly hands-on, sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and customer delivery.
You will act as a technical authority for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting solution design, implementation, certification, and ongoing customer needs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing technical pre-sales support (demos, tenders, solution design)
- Supporting customer onboarding and implementations
- Acting as a technical escalation point for live customer issues
- Advising on payment terminals, acquiring flows, certifications, and updates
- Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and project teams
- Meeting customers across the UK & Ireland as required
- Experience in the payments industry
- Strong knowledge of payment terminals
