Do you have hands-on experience with payment terminals? Have you worked in a technical pre-sales or sales engineering capacity within payments? Are you comfortable in a customer-facing role that blends pre-sales support with live customer problem-solving?
An established payments technology business is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support customers and prospects across the UK and Ireland. Despite the title, this is not a traditional, commercially led CSM role. The position has evolved from a technical pre-sales support function and remains firmly hands-on, sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and customer delivery.
You will act as a technical authority for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting solution design, implementation, certification, and ongoing customer needs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
