Do you have a proven track record building strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions? Have you negotiated complex commercial deals across payment rails and infrastructure? Do you understand SEPA, SWIFT, and banking rails at a level that allows you to engage with tier 1 institutions with credibility?
We are working with a regulated BaaS and embedded finance business operating across multiple markets to appoint a Senior Banking Partnership Manager. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Banking Officer.
You will be responsible for building and developing strategic payments infrastructure partnerships with banking and payments providers, managing full-cycle partnership growth from strategy through to contract negotiation and delivery, and supporting the broader business to maintain and grow key global banking and fintech relationships.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks and payments providers in line with the group banking strategy
- Own full-cycle partnership development, including growth strategy, contract negotiation, and internal project management
- Support the Chief Banking Officer to strengthen global banking and fintech relationships
- Proven experience developing partnerships within financial institutions and banks
- Strong understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, IBANs, and banking rails
- Experience negotiating complex commercial and product deals with tier 1 banking and payments institutions
- Proven track record implementing industry-wide partnership networks
- Ability to travel as required
