Brand & Content Marketing Manager

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Are you someone who has shaped a rebrand, refresh, or new visual identity? Have you led the full delivery of a content strategy rather than simply contributing to one? Can you build and measure full-funnel content that drives brand strength and commercial outcomes?

If so, this role offers the chance to take ownership of brand storytelling, content direction, and identity for a scaling organisation in the payments sector.

You will set the tone and direction of the brand, build a distinctive and coherent identity, and deliver a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and demand. This is a senior, hands-on position where you will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure the brand is consistently represented and commercial goals are supported.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the evolution of brand tone of voice, narrative, and visual identity.
  • Delivering a full-funnel content strategy across thought leadership, case studies, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Managing PR activity and agency relationships, guiding messaging, media outreach, award submissions, and industry positioning.
  • Ensuring high standards and consistency across all internal and external content.
  • Analysing performance across content and PR channels to drive continuous improvement.

You will bring experience in

  • Leading and owning content strategy at a senior level within payments, fintech, or closely related financial services, with accountability for direction, delivery, and results
  • Shaping or delivering a brand rebrand, refresh, or identity project in a payments or technology-led environment, from concept through to execution
  • Building and executing full-funnel content strategies across brand, demand, and sales enablement, aligned to complex payments propositions
  • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of content, using data and insight to demonstrate impact and inform decisions in a commercial payments context
  • Working beyond pure copywriting, with a strong strategic foundation in content, positioning, and narrative development for payments products and services
