Reporting to the Workplace Services Senior Business Partner, the role will involve:
- Developing and managing collaborative relationships with suppliers across a designated UK region.
- Working closely with suppliers to resolve operational issues, improve service quality, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Sharing best practice across suppliers to enhance overall service delivery.
- Leading collaboration workshops and process review sessions to drive innovation, unlock value, and maximise supply chain performance.
- Using digital platforms and data insights to support informed decision-making and performance improvement.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local client teams, and building occupants to support supplier performance and service enhancement initiatives.
Leadership:
- Support the delivery of account strategies through strong supplier partnerships and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development of a structured and consistent Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme.
- Align supplier activities and priorities with wider business and client objectives.
