We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Performance Improvement Manager to help transform how we deliver services and raise performance across our organisation.
This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving meaningful change. You'll lead data-driven improvement initiatives that enhance KPI performance and deliver measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead and operational teams, you'll identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and introduce innovative solutions—including new technologies—to give us a competitive edge and maintain a strong reputation with stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end performance improvement initiatives from insight to delivery
- Analyse KPIs, customer feedback, and operational data to identify and prioritise opportunities
- Research and recommend new technologies and innovative approaches to service delivery
- Develop business cases and implement scalable, sustainable solutions
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Track impact, measure ROI, and report on performance improvements
