You will play a key part in:
- Scoping and pricing voids and project works
- Ensuring value for money and robust commercial governance
- Supporting multiple facilities and infrastructure projects
- Working closely with operational teams, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and a trusted supply chain
- Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget
Your responsibilities will span the full commercial lifecycle, including commercial reporting, cost modelling, forecasting, risk management, and change control. You will also contribute to dispute resolution processes and help drive continuous improvement across the commercial function.

What You'll Bring

- Commercial experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management
