- Maintain full compliance with the clients Management System, including all QHSE policies and procedures.
- Service Delivery
- Develop clear project scopes, specifications, and cost plans, ensuring all necessary surveys are completed.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to support access arrangements and programme delivery.
- Ensure projects are specified and tendered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Produce Pre-Construction Information packs in line with CDM Regulations.
- Provide complete and accurate handover documentation to the Project Delivery Team.
- Adhere to the clients management system processes, including Lifecycle, Change Management, Project Management, and Procurement.
- Plan and programme works to minimise disruption to services and customers.
- Assess tender submissions for compliance and value for money.
Essential Qualifications & Knowledge
- NQF Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Recognised Project Management qualification.
- Industry-recognised qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
