The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 Β£ per year.

Ensure projects are clearly defined, appropriately specified, and competitively priced, supported by all required surveys.

Prepare and issue comprehensive project handover documentation to the Project Delivery Team.

  • Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
  • Maintain full compliance with the clients Management System, including all QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Service Delivery
  • Develop clear project scopes, specifications, and cost plans, ensuring all necessary surveys are completed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to support access arrangements and programme delivery.
  • Ensure projects are specified and tendered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Produce Pre-Construction Information packs in line with CDM Regulations.
  • Provide complete and accurate handover documentation to the Project Delivery Team.
  • Adhere to the clients management system processes, including Lifecycle, Change Management, Project Management, and Procurement.
  • Plan and programme works to minimise disruption to services and customers.
  • Assess tender submissions for compliance and value for money.

Essential Qualifications & Knowledge

  • NQF Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification.
  • Industry-recognised qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
