You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional marketing strategy, delivering impactful local campaigns, and ensuring each site is recognised and valued within its community. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, creative marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life and seeing measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver standardised marketing plans for new site launches, ensuring objectives, timelines, and performance targets are achieved.
- Design and implement localised marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities of each site.
- Build strong relationships with local teams, communities, and networks to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and execute creative, high-impact local campaigns that stand out in the market.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team (PR, digital, campaigns, brand) to deliver consistent messaging and cohesive marketing activity.
- Support local teams with social media activity and community engagement.
- Create and update marketing materials and artwork in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage and produce local video and content projects.
- Track marketing performance, measure ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
- Bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to every project.
About You
- Proven success delivering local or regional marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- A self-starter with strong creative instincts, initiative, and the confidence to test new ideas.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, able to balance creativity with strategic impact.
- Experienced in managing the full marketing mix, including digital, content, and offline campaigns.
- Willing to travel within the region (a car and full driving licence are essential).
This role is field-based and will require regular travel across regional sites.
