This is a high-impact role for a Project Manager who wants more than just delivery. You’ll take full ownership of projects end-to-end — from identifying and developing opportunities, through to delivery, commercial management, and client sign-off. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, client engagement, and business growth, offering real ownership and P&L responsibility within a growing division.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and build a pipeline of project opportunities across key client accounts
- Use lifecycle and maintenance data to support long-term CapEx planning
- Engage clients and stakeholders to identify needs and shape solutions
- Define project scopes in collaboration with designers, developers, and subcontractors
- Manage tenders, bids, and subcontractor selection processes
- Deliver projects end-to-end, from concept through to completion
- Operate under CDM regulations, often acting as Principal Contractor
- Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards
- Manage commercial performance, including budgets, margins, and P&L
- Oversee subcontractors and site activity
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Background in construction, M&E, facilities management, or critical environments
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
- Experience managing tenders, bids, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and safe project delivery
- Ability to build relationships and generate project opportunities
Desirable
- SMSTS, NEBOSH, IOSH, or CSCS (Black Card)
- APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience in technical or critical environments
