Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a major facilities management provider for an experienced Project Manager to deliver planned and reactive lifecycle projects across a complex, multi-site portfolio. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief and specification through procurement, delivery, completion and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lifecycle and additional works projects across a diverse FM estate
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion and handover
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners
  • Lead tendering, procurement and subcontractor appointment processes
  • Monitor cost, quality, programme and compliance throughout delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with CDM and health & safety requirements
  • Contribute to annual and multi-year lifecycle planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Project Management experience within facilities management or the built environment
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations
  • Experience working with standard contract forms (JCT, NEC, etc.)
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Experience managing client-facing project works in a multi-site environment
  • IOSH qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Desirable: CIOB or RICS accreditation
