We're looking for a Hard Services Lead who is an experienced and proactive engineer to take full responsibility for the technical, maintenance and compliance operations of a large commercial building. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and contractors to ensure that all building systems operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to plan, manage and deliver a high standard of service across all aspects of building maintenance and facilities engineering.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all engineering operations across electrical, mechanical, and building services systems.
- Plan and deliver an advanced PPM program, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Respond promptly to any technical or maintenance issues within the building, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage and maintain all compliance documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of statutory checks.
- Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance data.
- Attend and contribute to client and management meetings, providing updates on building performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within Building Services.
- Knowledge of an Engineering field.
- Great knowledge and experience within Health and Safety Compliance.
- Knowledge of managing PPMs and Reactive works.
