You’ll be the main point of contact for all things technical across the site, making sure maintenance (planned and reactive) is delivered properly and without fuss. You’ll lead a small team of engineers, keep contractors in check, and work closely with the client to keep standards high.

- Helping price up and plan smaller engineering projects
- Managing maintenance systems, asset records and site documentation
- Supporting investigations when things go wrong and helping prevent repeat issues
- Getting involved in lifecycle planning and upgrades across the site
- Making sure new equipment is properly handed over and understood by the team

- Confidence managing contractors on site
- Good working knowledge of health & safety requirements
- Experience using maintenance systems (CMMS or similar)

- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Qualified electrician or mechanical engineer
- Water hygiene / Legionella awareness
