  • Support the ongoing development and continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Produce detailed audit reports and maintain accurate quality assurance records.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, industry standards and best practice within the facilities management and asset management sectors.

About You

  • At least five years' experience in a QA/QC role focused on M&E assets, or a strong engineering background.
  • Excellent knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building services and associated assets.
  • A thorough understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards and CIBSE guidance.
  • Previous experience within facilities management, building services or an asset management consultancy.
  • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and asset management software.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • A supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.
  • The opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing and ambitious consultancy.
  • A varied and rewarding role working with clients across multiple sectors.
