We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance & Data Lead to join our Contract Management Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving service excellence across both self-delivered and subcontracted Facilities Management (FM) services.

The successful candidate will lead performance management activities across the supply chain, ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and operational performance targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with supplier relationship managers, operational teams, business intelligence functions, and client stakeholders, you will provide critical performance insight, governance, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

You will also play a key role in supplier onboarding, mobilisation activities, CAFM system adoption, and the development of data-driven processes that enhance operational performance and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Produce and present monthly performance reports, dashboards, and management information packs.
  • Support governance meetings by presenting meaningful performance insights and recommendations.
  • Investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Support Supplier Relationship Managers through performance governance and reporting.
  • Lead supplier onboarding and mobilisation activities relating to reporting requirements, data governance, and information management processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for performance management, reporting requests, system enhancements, and innovation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams, suppliers, technology specialists, and client stakeholders.
  • Support the development, optimisation, and adoption of CAFM and business management systems.
  • Collaborate with technology, sustainability, data, and operational teams to improve reporting capability and business intelligence.
  • Drive process improvements and change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote innovative and customer-focused service delivery approaches that improve the client and end-user experience.
About You

You will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data, performance improvement, and operational excellence. You will have strong analytical capabilities and be comfortable communicating complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical skills.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Excellent IT and data management capabilities.
  • Experience working with CAFM and business management systems within a facilities management environment.
  • Strong understanding of Total Facilities Management (TFM) service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC) level clearance.
