We’re looking for someone who knows their way around building services and enjoys being the go-to person on site. If you like a mix of hands-on problem solving, team leadership, and making things run smoothly day to day—this could be a great fit. You’ll be the main point of contact for all things technical across the site, making sure maintenance (planned and reactive) is delivered properly and without fuss. You’ll lead a small team of engineers, keep contractors in check, and work closely with the client to keep standards high.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping site services running safely and in line with regulations
  • Acting as the first port of call for technical queries and support
  • Leading and supporting a team of engineers to get the job done right
  • Overseeing subcontractors and making sure they work safely and to standard
  • Driving improvements—spotting ways to do things better, faster or smarter
  • Helping price up and plan smaller engineering projects
  • Managing maintenance systems, asset records and site documentation
  • Supporting investigations when things go wrong and helping prevent repeat issues
  • Getting involved in lifecycle planning and upgrades across the site
  • Making sure new equipment is properly handed over and understood by the team

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you’ll have:

  • A solid background in engineering, facilities, or technical services
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Confidence managing contractors on site
  • Good working knowledge of health
