We are seeking an exceptional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership across our physical assets, workplace environments, and integrated facilities services.
This senior role goes beyond traditional facilities management, shaping a holistic workplace strategy that supports employee wellbeing, productivity, innovation, operational resilience, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead an integrated facilities model spanning engineering, building operations, workplace services, and soft FM.
- Workplace Strategy: Develop multi-year workplace and facilities strategies aligned with organisational objectives, innovation, sustainability, brand, and long-term asset value.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure safe, compliant, resilient, efficient, and high-performing facilities, with proactive risk management and strong governance.
- Financial & Commercial Management: Lead significant operational and capital budgets, ensuring value for money, robust investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Transformation: Identify and implement new technologies, processes, and workplace initiatives, leading successful change and adoption.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, landlords, suppliers, contractors, and service partners, ensuring high performance and effective commercial management.
- Performance & Insight: Use operational data, customer feedback, and workplace trends to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ progressive facilities management experience, including significant IFM experience.
- Proven leadership of complex, multi-site workplace or facilities programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing substantial OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, security, environmental requirements, compliance, and risk management.
- IOSH qualification as a minimum requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- CFM, FMP, Master’s degree, or equivalent professional qualifications would be advantageous.
