Permanent | Mobile Role | Electrical Bias
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who is self-motivated, reliable and confident working independently, with a strong electrical background and good knowledge of building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building services faults.
- Complete electrical testing, certification and maintenance documentation.
- Carry out basic plumbing, fabric and general maintenance when required.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and provide out-of-hours support.
- Complete reports, risk assessments and update CAFM systems.
- Identify additional works and provide accurate information for quotations.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- C&G 2391 or equivalent testing qualification.
- Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, heating and building services.
- Full UK driving licence.
- IPAF 3a/3b and PASMA desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and call-outs when required.
