The Role
- Oversee small works and maintenance projects, ensuring full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
- Manage contractors, review risk assessments, support end users, and act as the key point of contact for resolving issues.
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards across multiple sites.
What You'll Bring
- Level 4 Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in maintenance, small works, and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of safe systems of work (e.g. asbestos, legionella, working at height)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- HNC in Building, Mechanical, or FM
