As a strategic leader, you will guide and inspire workplace teams to implement initiatives that enhance the end-user experience while ensuring operational excellence. Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will promote clear communication and collaboration, driving a consistent approach to delivering exceptional workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver high-quality services

  • Oversee the provision of all workplace services—reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events—ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs

  • Manage escalations efficiently and implement effective resolutions to maintain seamless operations
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor services to enhance the overall workplace experience

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
