Our modern residence, located in the heart of Lochgelly, Fife, provides exceptional Residential and Dementia care for up to 42 residents. We blend contemporary comfort with compassionate support to create a warm and welcoming place to live and work.
We are now looking for a reliable and detail oriented Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team. In this role you will help maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment that directly supports residentsβ wellbeing.
What We Offer
- Β£12.21 per hour
- Contracted to 28 hours per week
- Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Your Role
As Domestic Assistant you will provide thorough domestic cleaning throughout the care home, following company policies and hygiene best practice. You will care for a variety of floor surfaces, maintain furniture and fixtures, keep sanitary areas clean and well stocked, remove refuse and manage laundry tasks ensuring personal belongings are handled and labelled safely. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and support residents as they settle into their home.
