We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to step into the role of Training Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. As Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our learning and development programmes. You'll work closely with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure training runs smoothly, records are maintained accurately, and our people have access to the resources they need to grow and thrive. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions Maintain training records and monitor compliance Liaise with trainers, venues, and attendees to ensure smooth delivery Support the development of training materials and communications Provide reporting and insights on training activity Support the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring effective administration and monitoring apprentice progress through scheduled check-ins.
