We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer with good communication and organisational skills to join our established team. Reporting to a Neighbourhood Team Leader, our Neighbourhood Officers manage a patch of properties to deliver a customer focussed Neighbourhood service to our customers.
What will you be doing;

Building and maintaining good landlord / tenant relationships ensuring compliance of both tenants and landlord obligations.

Management of rent arrears, case management of high-level rent arrears and Court proceedings.

Case management of legal proceedings from preparation of court paperwork, ensuring compliance of pre-action protocols up to and including presenting the case in court as and when required.

Visits to customers homes, inspecting properties and addressing any tenancy-related issues and making appropriate referrals where necessary.

Completing regular inspections of our neighbourhoods and resolving any estate management issues

Working closely with our Anti-social Behaviour Team and partners to resolve issues that impact the community.
