At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and our Painter and Decorator’s are key to making this happen. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. Our Painter and Decorator’s provide painting and decorating works for the Group to a high and consistent standard In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities. What do our Painter and Decorator’s do; Deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across internal and external areas, including surface preparation, applying finishes, treating mould, working on timber/metal surfaces and completing minor remedial works. Work collaboratively with other trades to support fast void turnaround times, carry out maintenance in domestic and commercial properties, and provide excellent customer service when liaising with tenants and clients. Plan, assess and document work effectively, including ordering materials, completing daily records, checking customer satisfaction, interpreting drawings/measurements and participating in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
