We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team.
They will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our property portfolio to meet the current and future needs of our customers.
Leading our Data Team and working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you’ll drive effective asset management through strategic planning, robust data management, and informed decision-making.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
- What do our Asset Strategy Manager do;
- Lead the delivery of the organisation's Disposal Strategy and stock rationalisation programme, ensuring assets are optimised to support long-term business objectives.
- Manage the five-year stock condition survey programme, overseeing external consultants to ensure accurate, high-quality data is delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive asset performance through data analysis, option appraisals, and strategic recommendations that maximise the value and sustainability of the property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, residents, consultants, legal partners, and external stakeholders to support effective asset management and property disposals.
- Lead and develop the Data Team, ensuring the integrity of asset data, high-quality reporting, and continuous improvement across asset management processes and projects.
- What we are looking for;
- Level 4 in Charted Institute of Housing / or willingness to work towards
- Experience in a management or senior role in related field.
- Proven leadership experience within asset management, property services, or a related field, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with experience using asset management data to identify improvements and support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrable experience in investment planning and delivering asset investment programmes, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
