Training Coordinator in Trafford

We’relooking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to step into the role ofTraining Coordinatoron afixed-term basisto cover maternity leave for up to12months.

As Training Coordinator,you’llplay a key role in supporting the delivery of our learning and development programmes.You’llwork closely with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure training runs smoothly, records aremaintainedaccurately, and our people have access to the resources they need to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions
• Maintain training records andmonitorcompliance
• Liaise with trainers, venues, and attendees to ensure smooth delivery
• Support the development of training materials and communications
• Provide reporting and insights on training activity
• Support the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring effective administration and monitoring apprentice progress through scheduled check-ins.

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is confident using ICT systems and Microsoft Office
• Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
• Has a proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
• Previousexperience in a training or HR support role is desirable but not essential
